You also own the code, with no per-user licensing that scales against you, no vendor forcing upgrades, no modules you pay for but never use. For companies with specific operational requirements, the total cost of ownership over five years is typically lower with a custom build.

Both. We replace when the existing system is the bottleneck: too rigid, too slow, or too expensive to modify. We extend when the core is sound but missing capabilities your business needs. We will tell you honestly which route makes sense for your situation.

Module by module: 8–16 weeks per major module. Most clients are live on finance and inventory within 3–4 months and running the system on their own data before the full build is complete.

Yes. Multi-entity, multi-branch, multi-currency and multi-warehouse are standard in every ERP we build. We have delivered ERPs for two-entity businesses and for groups running forty-plus branches across multiple states.

You can. We give you the full codebase, documentation and runbooks. Most clients also retain us on a support agreement for enhancements, patches and new reporting, but that is your choice, not a dependency we impose.
