Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 2026. The short answer: this site currently sets no cookies at all we use Umami, a cookie-less, privacy-friendly analytics tool.
What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by websites you visit. They help sites remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and gather aggregate usage information. Not all cookies are equal some are essential, some are analytical, and some are used for advertising.
Our approach
We take a privacy-first approach. Rather than using cookie-based analytics, we use Umami an open-source, cookie-less analytics platform. Umami counts page views and referrers without dropping cookies, without fingerprinting your device, and without storing any personally identifiable information.
Cookies we set
None, today. This site currently sets no first-party or third-party cookies. There is no analytics cookie, no preference cookie, no advertising cookie, no session cookie.
The one small piece of state we keep on your device is a single localStorage entry (ti-cookie-ack-v1) that remembers you have already seen the privacy notice so we do not show it on every visit. localStorage is not a cookie; it is not sent on network requests, it cannot be used to track you across sites, and you can clear it from your browser at any time.
If we ever introduce a cookie for example, to remember a logged-in session in a future product surface we will list it here, explain its purpose, and update the “Last updated” date below.
What we do not use
- Google Analytics, Google Ads, or any Google tracking pixel.
- Facebook / Meta Pixel or any social-network tracking cookie.
- Advertising network cookies or interest-based ad targeting.
- Cross-site fingerprinting or device-recognition techniques.
- Retargeting or remarketing pixels from any third party.
Your controls
You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Blocking or disabling cookies will not break this site's core functionality. Instructions for common browsers:
