    1. Cancellation Policy

    Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

    Monthly Subscriptions
    • When you cancel a monthly plan, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

    • You will retain full access to all features until the billing period ends.

    • No partial-month refunds or credits are issued for cancellations made mid-cycle.

    Annual Subscriptions
    • Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.

    • Cancelling an annual plan will stop future renewals, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid term.


    2. Refund Policy
    Monthly Subscriptions
    • Payments for monthly plans are non-refundable.

    • No refunds or credits are offered for partial months, unused days, or unused features.

    Annual Subscriptions (14-Day Refund Window)
    • Annual plans include a 14-day “cool-off” period from the date of purchase or renewal.

    • If you cancel within 14 days, you are eligible for a full refund.

    • After the 14-day period, no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the annual term; however, your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.


    3. Renewal & Failed Payments
    • All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

    • In the event of a failed payment, we may retry the charge and contact you to update your payment details.


    4. Exceptional Refunds

    Refunds outside this policy may only be granted in exceptional situations such as:

    • Duplicate charges

    • Verified technical issues that prevented service access

    These cases are handled at our sole discretion.
